On our website, you can pay securely using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club credit cards. If a credit card authorization fails, we will notify you immediately so that you can contact your bank. Alternatively, you may pay by PayPal, or you can use Amazon Pay to pay via your Amazon account.
If you prefer to pay over the phone, please call us toll free at (800) 342-1706 Monday-Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm EST. If you want to place an order with this payment method any other time, please fill out the form providing information about the chosen product, your contacts and preferred call time.
For international orders, we can only accept payment by PayPal or by bank transfer.
Please note that Bank of America charges a $30 service fee for wire transfers. Moreover, your bank may also request additional charges for a bank transfer. These fees are to be paid by customer.
No Sales Tax applies on orders shipped outside of Florida. Florida residents are subject to 8.5% Sales Tax in accordance with state laws.

International orders can be shipped from another Levenhuk international warehouse with no extra shipping charges. In that case, we may use a different courier service providing similar estimated time of arrival.
Customer is responsible for payment of customs duties, local sales and/or other taxes, if applicable, and such charges may be collected by Customer's shipping company upon delivery. Levenhuk is not responsible for any applicable local taxes or for customs duties imposed in any country other than the United States.
We have a 45-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original packaging and make sure to enclose the original product box inside the transportation box in order to avoid any damage. All items must be in original, unused condition. The amount of your purchase will be refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If the return is due to defective products, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

All Levenhuk telescopes, microscopes, binoculars and other optical products, except for accessories, carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; all accessories have a 6-month warranty. This warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as bulbs (incandescent, LED, halogen, energy-saving and other types of bulbs), batteries (rechargeable and non-rechargeable), electrical consumables, etc. Please make sure that you purchase Levenhuk products through this website or authorized resellers and keep your receipt in order for the warranty to be valid.
