The Levenhuk T300 PLUS Digital Camera is an accessory recommended for all astronomy enthusiasts. Having installed it on a telescope, you can photograph the night sky and record videos of your observations of the planets and the Moon. The camera is compatible with any type of telescope with a 1.25’’ focuser.
To start shooting, simply place the digital camera in the focuser of your telescope and connect it to the computer using a USB cable. Via the cable, the camera will transfer the image to the monitor in real time and recharge the camera directly during the shooting process. For advanced work with images, you will need to install the special software (in the kit), so you can edit and improve saved images.
This 3Mpx digital camera gives an image with a 2048x1536 pixels resolution. Due to the camera’s high light sensitivity, the picture is always bright and sharp even when you photograph dim star clusters and nebulae.
To ensure the best possible performance of your new camera, make sure your computer complies with the system requirements specified by the manufacturer. Compatible OS include Mac, Linux, and Windows. A USB 2.0 port is required to establish a connection.
If the software does not run on your computer, please contact us and specify your operating system and its version (for Linux: platform and kernel version).
The latest version of Levenhuk Software for Windows supports eight languages: English, French, German, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Turkish.

Hello, the IR cut filter in front of the sensor got scratched... Is there any way it can be replaced? I would be very thankful if there is a possibility to buy such a filter, I can manage to replace it myself. Can you suggest a seller from where I can buy that kind of filter? Ok, let's put it in another way. With an ordinar eyepiece I can determine the real FOV of the telescope using the parameters of the eyepiece - focal length and its FOV. But using this camera (together with its focuser), it is harder for me to determine the real FOV I am able to see without knowing in advance the focal length and FOV of the focuser of the camera. Briefly, I want to know what FOV I am able to see through my telescope using this device. Thanks again. Levenhuk Customer Service:

Denis, thank you for your inquiry. There is no extra adapter or focuser that you need to attach to the camera. The camera fits any telescope. The only requirement is 1.25" diameter focuser.

Dear Ronald, thank you for interest in Levenhuk products. According to our warranty policy, we do not recommend to remove any parts of the product. C-mount and CS-mount have the same thread. Other filters and tubes cannot be used with camera. Is there any additional information you might need?
