Amateur astronomy is a very interesting hobby that is currently very popular, but it’s also known as a difficult one. And the very first difficulty, which every beginning astronomer faces when starting their observations, is how to assemble a telescope. The task is indeed not trivial. Imagine it – you get a box with separated telescope parts and you need to assemble them to get a telescope. Unfortunately, it can be so frustrating for a beginner that one can give up on astronomy for good! In order for this to never happen to our customers, we have recorded this useful
After watching the video you will understand that assembling a telescope is really not as hard as it seems. For our video we took the Levenhuk Skyline 90x900 EQ telescope and invited one of our specialists to assemble it on camera. The whole assembly process is taped – starting from closed boxes and ending with a fully assembled telescope ready for observations! Our specialist will take you through the whole process step by step. The video is provided with detailed comments on all actions and manipulations so you won’t miss a thing. It can really be hard to assemble a telescope using a user manual even if it has pictures. But after you see which part or a screw goes where with your own eyes, it won’t be a problem any more!
