Levenhuk Ra 200N F4 OTA is a Newtonian telescope with a 200-mm primary mirror and a focal length of 800 mm (f/4). This model is best-suited for astrophotography. The telescope tube is made of metal, following a more traditional design.
This telescope is fitted with the modern 2'' dual-speed Crayford focuser. The 2'' large diameter thread on the focuser allows you to use accessories - including coma correctors - from other manufacturers, reduces vignetting and allows you to attach your camera with ease. Linear ball bearings of this focuser provide for additional stability, and further reduce backlash. The telescope tube has a built-in primary mirror cooling fan. Even though Levenhuk Ra 200N F4 OTA was designed with astrophotography in mind, it still performs wonderfully during celestial observations.
The kit includes:
- Levenhuk Ra 200N F4 optical tube
- Finder scope
- Finder scope base
- Cooler fan
- Batteries kit (6 pieces)
- User guide and lifetime warranty

Hello! Is SKY-WATCHER EQ5 equatorial mount suitable for use with this telescope? Levenhuk Customer Service:
Equatorial mount Synta Sky-Watcher EQ5 is not suitable for Levenhuk Ra 200N F4 OTA, because of its capacity that is 20-22 lbs and the weight of Levenhuk Ra 200N F4 OTA is about 29 lbs.
What are the linear ball bearings? What good do they do and where are they installed? Is it necessary to buy coma corrector for visual observations or is it only needed for astrophotography? Levenhuk Customer Service:
Linear ball bearings are used in the construction of this OTA's focuser. Linear ball bearing focuser allows you to easily use heavier accessories, such as larger eyepieces, cameras, imagers, guiders, etc. It also reduces image shake and completely eliminates backlash which provide for additional stability. Using coma corrector during visual observations is pretty reasonable since telescopes of reflecting optical design are known to produce this exact type of aberrations.
el levenhuk Ra 200N F4 OTA they have internal baffle rings ensure maximum contrast?? like a ota carbon telescope Levenhuk Customer Service:

What's the difference between F4 and F5, is it just focal length, size and price? And you do not specify highest practical power and limiting stellar magnitude, I would like to know it. And which one is better? Thank you Levenhuk Customer Service:
The differences between Levenhuk Ra 200N F4 OTA and Levenhuk Ra 200N F5 OTA are focal length and size. The highest practical power is 400x; limiting stellar magnitude is 13.6. The Ra 200N F4 OTA model would be the preferable choice. more
