Levenhuk MED D25T is a digital trinocular microscope with a 5.1M camera with plan achromatic optics and two condensers (bright field and dark field). It can be used in various scientific fields: medicine, biochemistry, microbiology, and others. This microscope is a great choice for a laboratory worker, university professor, and a staff member of a medical center or research institute.
A rotatable head with a beam splitter
The microscope comes with a trinocular head with a beam splitter. The binocular visual part has a practical 30° inclination angle, and a third ocular tube for a digital camera is vertical. Such a design allows for conducting regular observations and using a camera for transmitting an image to an external screen while also shooting videos and photos at the same time. This head is also practical to use due to its 360° rotatable head.
Observations without optical aberrations
The microscope uses plan achromatic objective lenses, which create a nearly flat field of view and reduce chromatic aberrations. The objective lenses with 40x and 100 magnification are equipped with spring-loaded frames. In addition, a 100x objective lens can also be used for oil immersion. Wide-field eyepieces feature diopter adjustment and provide 10x magnification. The objective lenses and eyepieces have a protective anti-fungal coating.
Digital capabilities
A sensor in the digital camera allows for delivering sharp and detailed images of research. You can shoot videos at a high frame rate, which is why the recorded videos are very smooth. Software included in the kit allows for processing recorded videos and photos and setting up a digital camera. The software allows for adjusting size, image brightness and contrast, exposure time and white balance, calibrating a camera and objective lenses, measuring specimens or structures (several measurement units are available). An included USB cable is used for connecting it to a computer. A trinocular microscope with a digital camera provides for easier lengthy work in a laboratory. An image observed through an objective lens is also transmitted to an external screen. That removes the necessity to continuously observe through the eyepieces and strain the eyes and the rotator cuff.
Convenient work with microscope slides
The stage is equipped with a mechanical scale. Sharpness adjustment is done by rotating coarse and fine focusing adjustment knobs. An Abbe condenser is equipped with an iris diaphragm and a filter holder. The kit includes a dark field oil condenser for conducting observations using dark field method. The illumination system consists of a 20W halogen light with adjustable brightness. Setting up Köhler illumination is available. The light is powered by an AC power supply.

Caution:
Please refer to the specifications table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110V device into 220V outlet and vice versa without using a converter. Remember that mains voltage in the U.S. and Canada is 110V and 220–240V in most European countries.
