The Discovery Nano Terra microscope is a great choice for a beginner user. You can easily learn how to handle it and take the first step into studying the microbial world. You can study samples of any degree of transparency, including self-made slides and ready to use ones. This microscope is used for observing in a bright field. The kit includes the knowledge book about the microbial world besides optical accessories.

The optical system consists of achromatic objectives and a wide-field eyepiece installed into the monocular head. Due to the 30° tilt of the head, you will not get tired during long-term observations. The eyepiece provides 10x magnification, and objectives provide 4x, 10x, and 40x magnification. The microscope magnification range is 40-400x. The 40x objective features a protective spring-loaded frame. The microscope renders a clear and contrasting image across the entire field of view, you can easily observe the fine details of the samples.

The LD illumination is placed above and under the stage. The illumination is powered by the standard batteries. The stage features sample holding clips. There is a diaphragm disk for regulating the luminous flux from lower LED under the stage.

The "Invisible World" knowledge book will help you to learn quickly how the microscope works and how to study the microbial world. It is written in simple language with a reduction of complex scientific terms. The book contains bright illustrations and Descriptions of biological experiments that can be carried out at home.
