How do I replace the batteries, without damaging anything. I can't find anything online.

Dear Kirsten, thank you for your inquiry. There is a hole in place where the strap is attached. You need to catch it out and the magnifier will fall into two pieces. So you will be able to changed the batteries: CR1620

Is it possible to replace the batteries on the Zeno Vizor N1 neck magnifier? The package insert said they could be replaced, but it was difficult to open the battery compartment and everything fell apart & we didn't know if/how to fix it. Thanks for your help
