Levenhuk Monaco 15x56 Binoculars are the largest and most powerful binoculars in the Levenhuk Monaco series. The compact roof prism makes it possible to reduce the weight of this instrument and make it more compact despite the large 56 mm objective lens diameter. With these astronomy binoculars you can continue your observation at dusk or in rainy weather. Reliable design and high-quality optics provide exceptionally sharp and bright images.

Optics features
The optics of Levenhuk Monaco Binoculars will surprise not only amateur observers but professionals as well. The high-quality roof prisms are made of BaK-4 glass and coated with 57 layers of dielectric coating that provides for minimal loss of light. Lenses are also fully multi-coated for maximum light transmission. With these binoculars you will always get realistic pictures of observed objects.

Shell construction
All binoculars in the Monaco series have reliable shells and are resistant to vibration and mechanical shock. They are not afraid of rain, snow or extreme temperature fluctuations. Their durable plastic shell significantly reduces the weight of the binoculars but firmly protects the optics from damage. The interior of the binoculars is filled with nitrogen, completely sealing the binoculars and preventing the optics from fogging. The rubberized body surface provides a secure grip even in wet hands.

Features
We did everything possible to make these binoculars not only of the highest quality but also comfortable to use:

  • Twist-up eyecups made of soft rubber allow you to use these binoculars while wearing eyeglasses. Eyecups can also reduce the side flare while observing in bright sunlight.
  • The diopter adjustment ring lets you fine-tune the binoculars to your eyesight. You can also adjust the interpupillary distance.
  • The central focusing wheel allows you to quickly focus the view in both eyepieces with a single turn. Close focus of only 8.2 feet allows you to observe objects that are very close to you.
  • The waterproof, reliable shell protects the optics from high humidity, rain, and snow. The shell also contains a jack for mounting the binoculars on a tripod.
  • This model comes with eyepiece and objective lens caps, a case for storage and transportation, a strap and a cleaning wipe – everything you need to take these binoculars with you on a trip.

The kit includes:

  • Levenhuk Monaco Binoculars
  • Eyepiece and objective lens caps
  • Neck strap
  • Cleaning wipe
  • Nylon pouch
  • User guide and lifetime warranty

What about your line of 12x50s? Is there a place to compare specs and price on those? I own a quality pair of 8x and am looking to add another pair with higher magnification. Levenhuk Customer Service:
Marc, in this case I'd recommend to consider buying the Levenhuk Karma PRO 12x50 Binoculars (weight: 2.4 lb (1.1 kg)). The roof prism design combined with four-element eyepieces guarantees the highest quality of produced views. The wide field of view is perfect for panoramic observations. Short close focus distance allows you to observe objects near you. One more advantage is the completely waterproof body. Come with reliable rubber armored shells in khaki color, which are filled with nitrogen to protect the instrument from rain, snow, fog, and other unfavorable weather conditions. It will be a perfect choice. Karma Pro is one of our best selling line-ups.

I'm looking for high magnification (12-15) in binoculars light enough to use without a tripod Levenhuk Customer Service:
Dear Marc, thank you for your inquiry. A magnification of 10 is probably all you would need for regular purposes. As the number increases, the image becomes more blurred and shaky and less bright. This happens because, along with the object, everything else is magnified, including the tremble in your hands. If magnification is higher than 10, you should use support for the binoculars. The higher the diameter of the front lens, the better it is for the image but it increases the weight of the binoculars. I'd recommend to consider buying the Levenhuk Monaco 10x42 Binoculars (weight: 1.7 lb (0.75 kg) or Levenhuk Monaco 10x32 Binoculars (weight:1.3 lb (0.6 kg). All Monaco binoculars are equipped with high-quality prisms made of BaK-4 glass with dielectric coating (57 layers) and fully multi-coated lenses with high light transmission. These features truly set this series apart and guarantee that produced images are always extremely sharp and full of contrast. Is there any additional information you might need?
