The image is not focused because maximum useful magnification (that is 500x in this situation) is exceeded by using this combination of 6 mm eyepiece and 3x Barlow lens. We recommend you consider Levenhuk Ra Plossl 4 mm 1.25" Eyepiece - https://www.levenhuk.com/products/eyepiece-levenhuk-ra-plossl-4/. Use it without the Barlow lens.

The maximum useful magnification is D*2 (D-is the objective lens diameter). When the magnification equals the value of the objective diameter (in your case it's 130x) diffraction pattern begins to appear and further magnifying will deteriorate the quality even more. Beside this, don't forget about the telescope trembling, atmospheric disorder, etc. To sum it up you need 1.5x or 2x Barlow lens but not higher.
