Payment options
We have several payment options: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
When paying with your credit card, rest assured that no extra charges will be applied. Once you have placed the order and filled in your credit card details, you will be contacted by our customer support for order confirmation. Only then will the credit card be charged.
Paying with PayPal has its known advantages: the payment goes through as fast as the credit card payment. We are using the simplified version of PayPal transactions. Once you have placed the order, the customer support will contact you for order confirmation as well as indication of our PayPal account.
Bank transfer is yet another way to pay for the products ordered on our website. The procedure is the same as with PayPal: once the order has been confirmed, you will receive our bank account information. Please, note that bank transfer implies transfer fees which have to be covered by the customer.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through our website you can return it within 7 days from the date on the receipt. When returning an item, please be aware of the fact that products damaged after the purchase (scratched, broken, not fit for further sale) as well as incomplete packages (missing accessories etc.) will not be accepted. If the return is accepted, we will deduct the original shipping and handling costs. Restocking fee of 6,5% id applied to every legitimate return. If the purchase had been defective, you will be reimbursed without any additional costs on your part. If you should want to return a purchased product fro whatever reason, you have to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which you can obtain by calling the number indicated in your order confirmation letter.
Privacy policy
All the information you are providing about yourself is not shared with any third parties except to the extent necessary for processing your order (for example, we inform FedEx of your shipping address, but the email address remains undisclosed).
Delivery options and charges
We ship and handle orders exclusively via FedEx or UPS.
If you are purchasing a device, as opposed to accessories, you are entitled to free shipping within the continental US. The price for the shipping as indicated on the invoice is USD 14.00 and is covered by us. When purchasing accessories only, standard UPS/FedEx rates apply.
The time of the delivery depends on the area, and usually does not take longer than 3-5 business days.
Shipping & handling to Alaska and Hawaii costs $35.

Warranty
Levenhuk, Ltd. warrants to the end user that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales receipt. If any defect occurs, the user must return the product either to the dealer or directly to one of the Levenhuk, Ltd. offices. Levenhuk, Ltd. will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party.
Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade, or course of dealing. This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Levenhuk, Ltd. and does not include batteries etc. Any damages caused by batteries are not covered by this warranty. Neither Levenhuk, Ltd. nor our dealers or suppliers shall have any liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or they are otherwise foreseeable. We are also not responsible for claims by a third party. Our maximum aggregate liability to you, and that of our dealers and suppliers, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Levenhuk, Ltd. product as evidenced by your purchase receipt. If the laws of the relevant jurisdiction do not permit full waiver of implied warranties, then the duration of implied warranties and conditions are limited to the duration of the express warranty granted herein.
