Warranty reminder

LEVENHUK products purchased through the retail chain from official dealers get guaranteed servicing for the following period of time:

• Microscopes, telescopes, binoculars - 1 year;
• Accessories - 6 months.

This guarantee applies only to defects and breakage which occur due to faulty materials or workmanship of the producer. The guarantee does not apply to defects or faults which occur due to mechanical damage, improper use, storage, or transportation of the good, or due to repairs and modifications which were made outside of the company's service center.

Claims are examined upon providing proof of purchase, which should show the date of purchase, the model and serial number of the good, and the vendor's stamp.
