Two built-in LED illuminations allow observing non-transparent objects in the transmitted and in the reflected light.
Reliable performance: case and elements are all-metal, not plastic.
High image quality: eyepieces, objectives and all other optical elements are multi-coated and highly transparent.
Focusing mechanism and stage move smoothly, without jerks or backlash.

Magnification up to 640x
Microscope magnification depends on the objective lens and eyepiece lens magnifications. Eyepiece is the upper part of the tube of the microscope; we look into it. Objective is located below; it creates the image we see in the eyepiece. One eyepiece 16x and three objectives (4x, 10x and 40x) are included in the package.
Observing non-transparent objects
Levenhuk 3L NG microscope unlike other teaching microscopes is equipped with two built-in illuminations. Both illuminations are LED which ensures the minimal energy consumption yet providing enough light. Illumination systems are located above and below the stage, and allow observing both transparent and opaque objects: from the tiny solid particles to coins, paper, fabrics etc.
Mains supply
The microscope features a 220V AC adapter, for stationary observations without batteries.
