Designed for immunological researches with use of fluorescent and fermentation markers (FITC, rhodamine, peroxidase, and others) as well as for histologic and cytologic researches in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
With help of LEVENHUK 950 LUM you can perform:
- express diagnostics of bacterial, viral, protozoan and other infections of antigen nature (e.g. chlamydiosis);
- phenotypical analysis of the peripheral blood cells, marrow and tissues, with use of monoclonal antibodies and by revealing the superficial antigenes;
- evaluation of the functional activity of phagocyting blood cells;
- biological researches of other types.
The microscope allows observing the specimens images:
- in the visible luminescence with luminescence-exciting light from above;
- in the transmitted light using the light field method;
- with additional equipment – using the method of phase contrast and dark field.
