The water based solution used in the spray can be used for lens cleaning of telescopes, microscopes, binoculars and other optical devices with antireflection and antiglare coating, including analog and digital cameras, video cameras, glasses, etc.

Solution ingredients: purified water, quaternary ammonium salt, a preservative

The main component is tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH, TMAOH), which is a quaternary ammonium salt with the molecular formula (CH3) 4NOH. It is used as an anisotropic silicon etchant. Also used as the main solvent in the production of acidic photoresist in photolithography. Being a catalyst for the phase transition, it is very effective for removing photoresist. It is also used as a surfactant in the synthesis of ferromagnetic fluids to prevent adhesion of its particles.

The solution easily removes most contaminants, leaves no residue. It is environmentally safe and does not contain alcohol and solvents.

The cloth effectively removes dust and dirt from any surface. Its microscopic fibers grab and hold dust particles, fat and nicotine plaque, microorganisms, including pathogenic and allergenic ones. The cloth can absorb the amount of dirt and moisture up to seven times its own weight. It can be washed and used many times.
